Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Animated Beads LLC. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

Shipping/Handling

Animated Beads LLC use USPS for all shipping and handling. Deliveries are usually made within 3-5 business days. We are happy to replace any mishandled items after an investigation and confirmation from our team.

Custom Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required. Animated Beads' art pieces can be either/or (1) hand-crafted artist renderings (2) hand-crafted artist renditions. All custom pieces may be used for promotions.

Refunds

Animated Beads are hand-made pieces. In respect to the artist' time, and due to the nature of the artwork, there will be no refunds. Customers, please read all the instructions carefully before installing Animated Beads. Reach out to the A.B. team for any questions. Customers can find a step-by-step "how-to Install" video on our FAQ page. Again, any questions or concerns, please feel free to call the A.B. team.

All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind on (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact us to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days passed initial service date. 

It is important you contact the Salon/stylist as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.

Return Policy

Animated Beads LLC will soon have other merchandise. We are happy to accept returns and/or exchanges on retail products, EXCEPT Animated Beads, you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given, however you can exchange products or an in-credit product value will be issued. Products must be in good condition and in it's original package. 

Taxes

Animated Beads LLC is located in the state of Ohio. Tax regulations apply.

Right to Refuse Service

Animated Beads LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule of at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

If the appointment is re-scheduled 3 different times within the 24 hour window you may be placed on a walk-in basis only.

This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, may result in up to 100% of the cost of services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

No Show

In order to respect the time of our Stylist(s), if an appointment is no showed you may be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount due for services, and possibly serviced on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.

Late

Please be courteous to your Artists and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Children Policy

Animated Beads LLC is a Family Friendly environment, however, all children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, the child’s parent or guardian must agree on service and a consent form may be issued for signing prior to the service being performed.

Liability

Customer and/or client will address any concerns pertaining to product utilization and/or salon services with the Animated Beads team. Client gives permission to perform the hair services discussed and will hold Animated Beads LLC and stylist(s) harmless from any liability that may result from this procedure. Stylist(s) will take precaution to minimize or eliminate discomfort/pain during hair services. Client is willing to follow the recommendations for a home care regimen that can minimize or eliminate possible discomfort/pain. In the event that client may have additional questions or concerns regarding hair services or suggested home product/post-procedure care, client will consult with stylist immediately. Client agrees that this constitutes full disclosure, and that it supersedes any previous verbal or written disclosures. Client certify that they have read and fully understand the above information and that they have had sufficient opportunity for discussion to have any questions answered. Client understands the procedure and accepts the risks. Client do not hold Animated Beads LLC and/or stylist(s) responsible for any conditions that were present, but not disclosed at the time of this procedure, which may be affected by the service performed.

Methods of Payment

Animated Beads LLC accepts Credit, Debit, and Cash.

Cash App payments are also accepted by stylist(s).

Reservations

You may request a reservation by calling the salon OR via our website.

​

Online Scheduling

Your request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Animated Beads LLC. 

A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations. 

​

Head Lice

It is against Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

Privacy Policy

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for product inquiries and for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
